“It was an up and down day. I’m just really proud of my guys for never giving up and putting me in a good position to get a good finish. Bruce (Schlicker) made good adjustments all day, and I am just proud of the effort from my No. 10 team.”

Justin Haley, No. 11 LeafFilter Gutter Protection Chevrolet
Start: 29th
1st Stage: 14th
2nd Stage: 4th
Finish: 9th
“We had another really fast No. 11 LeafFilter Gutter Protection Chevrolet again this week at Daytona. We were in a really good spot the entire race, but we just got shuffled during the last restart. I think we definitely had a shot at the win. Thankfully we were still able to get a top 10 out of it.”

AJ Allmendinger, No. 16 Ellsworth Advisors Chevrolet
Start: 6th
1st Stage: 36th
2nd Stage: 35th
Finish: 35th
“I’m really proud of the work we did, because we were not very good here last year. Even though we finished in the top five last year, we weren’t even close to the 22. At the end of that run tonight, we were a lot better than him, so overall, I’m just proud of the effort. It shows the work we’ve put into it and continue to put in it is paying off. We can be better, and we are getting better. The results didn’t show it, but I am proud of the speed we had.”
