“I’m really looking forward to getting back in the Cup car, especially at Daytona. It’s going to be a massive challenge for me but I’ve been working hard to learn and prepare for the superspeedways. Thankful for everyone at Kaulig Racing, Chevrolet and SafetyCulture for making this all possible.”

“As the regular season winds down, there are twenty-plus guys outside the cutoff that feel like they have a shot. I feel like we have an equal shot and a chance to go there and do something pretty special. Our superspeedway program at Kaulig Racing has taken big leaps over the last couple months. Hopefully we can go down there and showcase that with our No. 31 Cirkul Chevy.”

Team Notes
“We didn’t really get a lot of track time in the race last time here, so I’m looking forward to getting a second run at Daytona with the Kaulig Racing Chevy. We ran good at the last speedway race at Talladega, so I’m hoping for more of the same here.”

“Daytona is a racetrack we have been very close to winning at with the 16 car. Kaulig Racing has had a lot of success there in the past. I think it’s a racetrack that we can go out there, run up front all night and give ourselves an opportunity to win. With these races, anything can happen but it’s definitely a racetrack that we know how to win at as an organization. I think with what we have learned from the first race there, we’ll be even stronger and I’m looking forward to it.”

“At Daytona in February, this was all new to me. I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew it was going to be an exciting race. I’m excited to get there this weekend and back on a track I’ve raced before. Proud of my No. 97 Kaulig Racing team and looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish on Friday in our SafetyCulture Chevy.”
