  • Ryan Truex: “We ended up 22nd at Bristol Motor Speedway, so not the night we wanted but I’m really proud of my team and the speed we had. We qualified 12th and we got the car better and better throughout the race to where we were a top-five car. Unfortunately we lost power steering and I had to pit under a green flag to fix it. So we lost I think six to eight laps and after that we were just trapped with being laps down but still running top five speed. So it was not the night we wanted, but we got fourth in one of the stages which are some decent points. I’m just proud of my team for not only qualifying well but for getting the car so much better after practice yesterday to where we had a really good car today. We’ll go on from here—we know we have some speed so hopefully we can apply it next week and have another good run.”
