AJ Allmendinger, No. 16 Hyperice Chevrolet
Start: 1st
Stage 1 Finish: 5th
Stage 2 Finish: 2nd
Finish: 12th
“I felt like the first two stages were really positive, the second stage especially. I got into a rhythm and actually felt comfortable for the first time around Darlington, so I was happy with that. We were off a little bit in the third stage, but if the race would have played out like a normal race, we would have still finished in the top five, which would have been a solid day. from there on out, it just didn’t work out with pitting and the restarts. Overall, there’s some work that we need to do, but it was going to be a good day from what I have experienced at Darlington. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the end result, but we got great stage points and we were able to win the Dash 4 Cash! I’m happy we are able to bring home the money for Matt Kaulig and Kaulig Racing, and knowing we are able to go to Dover and hopefully do it again.”

Justin Haley, No. 11 LeafFilter Gutter Protection Chevrolet
Start: 4th
Stage 1 Finish: 15th
Stage 2 Finish: 11th
Finish: 13th
“We showed a lot of speed this weekend. We’ve spent a good bit of time working to improve on our Darlington package from previous years, and I think that really showed. Unfortunately, we were just off on our strategy a little, and with the restarts, it just didn’t play out in our favor. We will move on, and focus on Dover.”

Jeb Burton, No. 10 Nutrien Ag Solutions Chevrolet
Start: 3rd
Stage 1 Finish: 13th
Stage 2 Finish: 5th
Finish: 19th
“It was a disappointing finish today for sure. I feel like we showed so much speed, along with our teammates, but we just weren’t able to get the results to show it. We will continue to work hard and improve for next time. I’m thankful that Nutrien Ag Solutions allowed me to run a paint scheme inspired by one of my dad’s schemes, so it was still a special day regardless of our results.”
