With over 16 years of stock car experience, Ty Dillon will compete full time in the NASCAR Cup Series for Kaulig Racing, driving the No. 10 Chevrolet Camaro XL1. Dillon is a four-time NASCAR winner, the 2011 ARCA Racing Series Champion, and the 2012 Sunoco Rookie of the Year in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He won at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in July 2014.
Throughout his NASCAR career, Dillon has compiled an impressive resume. In the Cup Series, he captured three stage wins and seven top-10 finishes, while earning his career-best finish of third at Talladega Superspeedway in October 2020. Dillon’s Xfinity Series stats speak loudly with 34 top-five and 92 top-10 finishes, alongside his Truck Series results totaling three wins, 20 top-five and 38 top-10 finishes.
Dillon has grown up with racing in his blood. His grandfather, Richard Childress, is a legendary NASCAR Hall of Fame member and a multi-time car owner champion. His father, Mike, is a former racer and current executive at Richard Childress Racing, and his brother, Austin, is a current active driver in the Cup Series.
Away from the track, Dillon enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, analyzing sports, or spending time with family. He is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Braves. Dillon and his wife, Haley, were married in December 2014 and reside in Mooresville, North Carolina with their daughter, Oakley, and sons, Kapton and Bear
