Kaulig Racing Weekly Advance | Talladega Superspeedway

“I’m excited to get back to Talladega! Kaulig racing always runs really well there. I led the white-flag lap there last year, and gave Kaulig Racing a nice surprise and let them win that race. Hopefully I can get the win this time in one of their cars. I’ve always ran really well there and hopefully we can go get a 1-2-3 for the organization.”

– Jeb Burton

“I’m hoping to have the speed at Talladega that we’ve had in the past. It’s always been one of my favorites and I’m excited to get back on track with my teammates and working together again to get Matt Kaulig more trophies!”

– Justin Haley

“We always have some really fast racecars at Talladega. That allows us to dictate the race at times, which makes it more fun and enjoyable. I feel like the stuff we learned at Daytona is going to be helpful going into Talladega. Jeb now has a superspeedway race with us under his belt, so I think the three of us will be better at working together and hopefully we will be lined up together. Talladega is just a challenging racetrack compared to Daytona, because it’s so much wider, so it’s hard to try to keep everyone in line. I feel like the Kaulig cars will be fast, so I think it will be a fun weekend.”

– AJ Allmendinger

“I’m excited to go to Talladega in the Hyperice Chevy this weekend. It feels like it’s been too long since I’ve been in a car. We had speed at Daytona, and we got the car fixed up, so I think we will be even better than we were there. We will be starting in the back again, so we will have our work cut out for us. I really like the plate races – I feel like they fit my driving style and my strategy for races. I have had success at those races in the past, so hopefully this weekend will be no different.”
